  • Billing and payment data (securely processed by Stripe/PayPal, Lane6 does not store card details).
  • Service data: information you provide during coaching or consulting.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic metadata collected by hosting or payment providers for security.

3. Purposes of processing

  • To manage purchases, bookings and coaching services.
  • To process payments and issue invoices.
  • To send confirmations and service-related communications.
  • To comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis

  • Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for site security and fraud prevention.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) for accounting and compliance.
  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Data sharing

We only share data with service providers strictly necessary:

  • Stripe / PayPal: payment processing.
  • Hosting provider (e.g. Vercel): web hosting and security.
  • Calendly (if used): scheduling sessions.
  • Email platforms (only if you subscribe to newsletters).

6. Retention

  • Customer data: as long as there is a business relationship or until deletion is requested.
  • Billing data: minimum 5 years (legal obligation).
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures such as TLS encryption, secure hosting and restricted access. No system is completely secure, but we will notify incidents as required by GDPR.

8. Your rights

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request rectification or deletion.
  • Request portability of your data.
  • Object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
