1. Services and Products

Lane6 Coaching provides:

• 60-minute Q&A sessions.
• Downloadable training plans and digital packages (PDF, videos, templates).
• Consulting services for coaches, clubs and federations.

2. Payment

All services and products must be paid in advance through Stripe or PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. Session scheduling will be arranged directly with the client.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Sessions: cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 48 hours before. Later cancellations may be charged in full.
• Digital products: due to their nature (immediate download), refunds are not possible unless a technical issue occurs.
• Subscriptions: you may cancel anytime, but partial refunds are not provided unless expressly stated.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download link or email immediately after payment. If you do not receive your product, check your spam folder or contact us.

5. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information and respect scheduled times for sessions. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials (plans, videos, templates) are the property of Lane6 Coaching. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license. Redistribution or resale without prior consent is prohibited.

7. Liability

Lane6 Coaching provides services with professional diligence. However, results cannot be guaranteed as they depend on external factors (compliance, health, environment). Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Data Protection

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Denmark.

10. Changes

Lane6 Coaching may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
